Logo Design and Branding

We’re really passionate about what we do, and that comes through in our work. We offer bespoke brand identity design; thoughtful designs that create a strong visual identity and have the power to drive businesses to success. We craft effortless, well-considered logos and branding elements that transcend trends and resonate deeply.

We love to help brands tell their story and build meaningful connections with their audience. So if you are looking to create a new brand or just refine your existing one, we would love to work with you.

Branding Frequently Asked Questions

We know you probably still have lots of questions, and that’s completely fine. Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you still have more questions, please get in touch, and we can answer it directly.

Do you only work with Canberra Clients?

Absolutely not, we started in Canberra, and we have a lot of clients here, but now we have team members in Melbourne and Adelaide. We love working with people all across Australia. Online video calls are great and it’s just as good as meeting in person and they save us all a lot of time. Get in contact and let’s get started.

Do you work with existing logos?

Absolutely! Your current logo is the current representation of your business. We offer a number of services with your logo, including:

  • Recreating your logo so you have proper artwork to use for different scenarios. Sometimes all you have is a JPG and you need a more complex file.
  • Refreshing your logo, you might love your logo but feel it just needs a font change, colour change, or even just some different shape options (landscape, portrait, square etc)
  • Redesign your logo but with strong influence from your current logo. Sometimes you’re ready for something new, but you want to make sure it still feels like the same company. We can definitely help you with this.

In order to work with your current logo, we’ll need the artwork. It is ideal if you’re able to give us an EPS or Adobe Illustrator file to work with. If not, we can offer the service to recreate the artwork.

No matter what you’re looking for, get in a touch and we can let you know if we’re a great fit to help you with it.

How much will a brand cost?

We have a few package options and it’s best for us to chat to make sure we are offering you the right options.

As a rough guideline, a lot of small businesses are looking for our basic branding package. What you get in that is:

  • We will research your competitors and create a custom design to target your specific audience and help you stand out from the crowd.
  • Design two custom logos to choose from including showing you colour options and ideas of how it would look in a situation.
  • Given you up to 3 rounds of revisions on your chosen logo to refine it and get it just right.
  • You won’t just get one logo, you’ll get a whole logo set, as you need options depending on the situation. We will provide you with logos including dark and light options, square and landscape options, and a favicon for website bookmarks.
  • All these files will be exported in various formats for you to use as needed including EPS, JPG, PNG, and others if required.
  • A one-page branding style guide, showing you your brand colours, fonts, and suggested imagery styles that will fit your new brand. This will help you to unify how you look across all formats.

As you can see, it’s more than just the basics.

The investment for a branding package like this is $2,750 inc GST.

To some people, this can feel like a lot, but we always suggest that if you are tossing up where to invest your money, your brand is the best place to start. It shows the world who you are and is one of the biggest factors in people deciding what sort of person/business you are and if they want to trust you.

Do you require payment upfront?

We ask for a 50% deposit upfront, which is non-refundable. This is to cover the cost of the time we spend on research and design. It means that if either of us decides the partnership is not working, you won’t need to pay anything further and we can part ways simply. If you choose to part ways at this point, we will own the designs, you take over ownership after your final payment is made.

What are your payment terms?

It’s pretty simple. We start work after you have paid the first 50% payment. Once you have signed off on the design we ask for the final 50% payment before we hand over your final artwork.

You can also see more of our Terms and conditions here.

How long will it take to complete my branding project?

Generally, a branding project will take about 4 weeks. We take an initial 2 weeks for research and design. Then after that, there will be up to 3 rounds of revisions. Sometimes this can be fit into a week, but usually with back and forth and allowing your time to digest the designs and make decisions the process often ends up taking about 2 weeks.

Keep in mind that we are often 4-6 weeks booked out, we put you into our schedule once you’ve signed our proposal and paid your 40% invoice.

What is included in a round of revision?

When designing for you, we include rounds of revisions as a part of your quote. The idea is that initially, we will come up with what we think will work for you, but in most cases, a few things will need to be modified. You can give us feedback and we will come back to you with a revised version of the design. Each time we send you a copy of the design back to you, that is a round of revision. So to get the most out of your revisions, we recommend taking the time to look through and give us as much information about what you like and don’t like, so we can do them all in one go and you only use one round of revision for the changes.

Because this process takes time, once we have reached our quoted limit of revisions we will have to charge for each additional round of revisions after that. We will let you know how much you will be looking at paying for each additional round required.

What's the difference between a 'round of revision' and a 'design concept'?

If we have quoted to provide 2 design concepts with 3 rounds of revisions this would include two unique initial designs, after you have selected one of those designs we will then offer up to 3 revisions on that chosen design. In between each round of revisions you will have the chance to give us feedback.

If you aren’t happy with either of the initial design concepts and would like a whole new concept we will renegotiate the quote at that point.

How do we get started?

It’s easy, just fill out our contact form and let us know a bit about you and your project. We will get back to you and arrange a time to talk on the phone, video call, or meeting in person.

Kind words

“Sarah is a true creative and a genuine people-person, while still having a thorough understanding of all things logistical and technical. This is such a rare and dynamo combination of traits to have in a website developer. I was thrilled with the website she created for my wedding photography business, having received many complements since it launched. My recommendation for Sarah and Endure can’t come highly enough!”
